Go To Green Smoothie

This yumilicious protein powder deserves more than an Instagram post! I tried the Sanosphere vanilla organic plant-based protein in my smoothie this morning and was blown away by the taste. Even more important, I didn’t feel bloated or uncomfortable – a not awesome side effect that too many protein powders cause. This is likely because its vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and soy-free and totally CLEAN with just 10 ingredients. ANYWAY need to share my all time favorite smoothie that I make at least a few times per week. 

25-30grams of protein powder – obviously Im using Sanosphere vanilla here

1/4 frozen banana

small handful of raw walnuts

1/4 of an avocado

1 cup dark leafy greens (I like using spinach)

4-6 ice cubes

1/4-1/3 cup water

1/4 cup nut milk (I have been using my own almond or cashew milks)


tiny bit of stevia to taste
